It really works.. perfect creatine give more burst while exercise, definitely it increases stamina to lift more weight. If u r having issue like muscles strain or blocking after 1-2 sets u should start taking creatine. one thing u have to shake this powder till the last drop as its monohydrate its doesn't get dilute in water.

I'm using this for last 2 weeks.
To be honest this is good product.
Just make sure don't use it too much.
I'm taking half scoop 2.5-3gm daily except rest days.
My muscles are tight. Don't forget to drink at least 5-6 litres of water daily if you're taking creatine.

This is the first creatine i used in my career and it have an amazing effect when continuously used for 2 week .the main thing is to drink plenty of water while using it . Within 3 weeks i lift hevy weights easly ,for instance if i bench press 15kg one side after using it i taken 25kg weight on side total 50 kg this also helps to recover fast while work out
The only probelm is if it is not air tight the powder becomes solid then it is too tough to mix with water

Delivery brother was very nice. Product is very good. Asitis is best. But one thing this product works if you workout. Take this 2.5 gms to 3 gms after workout for best results. You may extend the quantity to 5 gms but not more than that. Never ever try the loading phase guys .

A:yes, you can even mix them together there is no problem. take 30gm of whey and 5 gm creatine. make sure you drink at lest 3 later of water a day.
