It really works.. perfect creatine give more burst while exercise, definitely it increases stamina to lift more weight. If u r having issue like muscles strain or blocking after 1-2 sets u should start taking creatine. one thing u have to shake this powder till the last drop as its monohydrate its doesn't get dilute in water.

Just make sure don't use it too much.
I'm taking half scoop 2.5-3gm daily except rest days.
My muscles are tight. Don't forget to drink at least 5-6 litres of water daily if you're taking creatine.

Mind-blowing purchase

A:yes, you can even mix them together there is no problem. take 30gm of whey and 5 gm creatine. make sure you drink at lest 3 later of water a day.
