Cooking Instructions	Direction how to cook Nutririch Soya Chaap 1. Add 100 grams of Nutririch Soya Chaap to water and boil it for 5 to 7 minutes after adding some salt. , 2. After the soya chap becomes soft, wash the chap with plain water and squeeze it again and keep it aside. 3. If you like crispy chap (especially for catering and restaurant), then fry the chap pieces in hot oil on low to medium heat or a little ghee in a non-stick pan till the chap pieces are golden brown from all sides. And cook till it becomes crisp. Now take it out in a big bowl. For marinating soya chaap In a large bowl add 1 cup thick curd to soya chaap, add 2-3 tsp ashoka soya chaap masala (for tandoor soya chaap mix full pack of masala), 2 tsp mustard oil, 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and mix to make perfect marination Mix well for Now keep it covered for 30 minutes.
