Astral projection is not wake induced lucid dream but occurs inside the brain while astral projection is a real experience of projecting your astral body out from the physical body..
I have done lucid dreaming both wild and mild type but astral projection is far more complex thing than Just awakening your consciousness in a dream..

Good book, simple langauage and very informative
Read the whole book in one go, very good attempt by the author to explain the concepts in the simplest language. One thing was missing that, it said there are some things which did not require proof, this argument was repeated. I think astral projection is WILD (Wake Initiated Lucid Dream).
