The back lumbar support is too hard and the headrest, armrest and lumbar support are not smooth to move.

Terrible product

Worst back support. The back support cushion is very rigid and causes back pain just after few mins of sitting and the quality of the base is worst. The material is iron with chrome plating that came off just after few days of use.
