The aero active cooler is a must buy for Asus ROG 5 phone. It keeps the phone cooler and enhances the gaming experience. I can't imagine gaming without this cooler.
Also this cooler will help you play games at X3 mode for better performance. Without the cooler you can only play at X2 level for gaming.

Excellent cooling fan for your Rog5, but do you need one?
I love this fan, it does work and definitely brings the temperature down. Also, the extra triggers and the pop-out stands are a godsend. However, you need to question yourself if you really need one. I would recommend you get it only if you sit in gaming sessions spanning few hours. Else this is avoidable since the phone itself regulates the heat very well for short sessions. Also, Xmode+ is not much different in performance than Xmode unless you are playing genshing impact.

Not much effective due to its design asus needs to improve the design....the fan outlet area is small doesn't even cover a larger area how would it cool something at 50degrees... Just don't buy it for its extra triggers(an advice)
