Awsome product with Worst Packing
I received the product 2 days back. The product is amazing at this price point. Don't listen to the negative reviews by the ppl who don't know to handle a laptop. Please do the windows update and make sure to stop the startup programs (ASUS Supporting software) for fast boot. You have to register windows. It comes along with extra RAM port and M1 port for future upgrade.

at beginning the lap was bit laggy due to pre-installed apps , i uninstalled few of them and now its fine, display and sound quality are quite awesome,
battery quality is bit decent, i got around 3 hours of backup while watching movies....
