A:ASUS customer care confirmed since there is no extra slot, RAM cannot be extended.
Battery backup is 6+ hours and it depends upon the usage.

A:Nope......i already visited asus service center for this query and after open laptop there is no ram space and the existing memory is fixed with mother board...no one can able to change this one also.

A:You can upgrade the ssd for storage but you can't upgrade the ram as it is sold to motherboard.
