The product is good for basic uses. Ryzen 5 is just for name. Performance is not as per its processor.
Also, customer service is very poor. Most of the numbers are saying switched off or busy.
The sound is very low. Not as said.

Ryzen 5 3500U is great for Students/Teachers/Everyday use.
Runs smooth (slows on battery if we put it in low power mode), has a very slim built, keyboard and track pad work really well!
Don't expect much in the price range and this will stand out as a strong contender even to laptops in the 30k range.
