Very Good Product and value for Money. Design is Good, Performance is simply Awesome but but very poor battery performance. Everything is perfect only battery is poor.

Did not meet expectations
The battery is awful and so is the charger
Build feels cheap but that's ok keeping the price in mind.Sound too low. Screen quality is fine.
Worst part is the battery life and charger.
Better go for some lower specs. The processor although powerful in paper but performance is not upto the mark.

Not recommended at all
The product keypad is not working properly. I bought this laptop in May 2023 and it's August 2023. Within 3 months of span I have:
1. problem with keypad.
2. Webcam is VGA. do not expect any clarity.
3. Battery backup of a new laptop is less than 1.30 hours in normal use.
4. Sound is = 0
5. Headset works fine.
This laptop is being used by my 6 yrs old child and even he has complaints.
Do Not buy this item.
