A beautifully written account of the epidemic of Enchepalitis lethargica during the 1920's. Many caes histories are given but it is not necessary to go through all of them. two or three will be suffice. The most important part of the book is the second half after the case histories, which gives the success and failure of Methyl dopa in these patients. The part on Parkinsonism is well written. A must for doctors.
