Review after a month:
Weight is no doubt heavy, and shell size is bigger, but didn't had any problem on 400km ride on 1 day (for shell size, not sure how 2nd person thinks about it).
The design makes riding a bike at higher speeds more confident. I ride a hunter 350, and on my last vega helmet, I was comfortable and confident till 80-90 only (due to low stability at high speed and loose fit/paddings probably) but with this one on, my head is very stable even in the top end of my bike.
