Good quality product
Ashwagandha is best if u feel tired and lethargic or u don't have a calm and happy mind or if you can't sleep properly in night. Use 2 tablets after meal in night and if u don't feel any improvement after a week then increase the dosage, take 2 tablets twice a day after meal and u will be shocked by the results. Coming from a BAMS(ayurveda) student.
