Worth the money
It's a good constipation reliver but it takes 2to3 days to clean completely it's not too strong not too mild you may have to go bathroom 2 time after taking it 1st day take 2,small table spoon with warm water and then reduce to 1spoon if you consume the whole bottle as course you may get relief from acidity because acidity is the reason for 90% stomach disease
