It is better than a table fan and definitely lesser than an air conditioner. Good for only one person and that person actually has to keep the cooler very closer to feel better. At night you need to keep the wings down and have to put your head close to.the cooler to feel little cold. For batchelors and personal use and just for 1 person it is perfectly okay.
