first the packing and delivery was superb they pack the machine and shaft very well. about the machine quality it is average it is a copy of Honda 35cc engine .throttle trigger plastic is very low quality it will break easily the clutch used in this machine is very low quality and less life and not fitted properly so that when i start the engine the blade is rotating itself with out pressing the throttle .and the customer care of balwan is not responding when i report this issue if you are...
