This is a very informative book. But I strongly feel, the writing session would have been a little more elaborate.

This books packs decent study/practice material and might be especially helpful for those who do not have the luxury of time for preps. It guides you through all the do's and dont's and gives you the confidence to go out there and give it your best shot. Although 2-3 days does not do justice to the book, that was all I could spare and luckily ended up with an 8. Good luck.

It's a very good book with all the requirements that I actually needed. Two audio CD with well pronounced conversation. I like it.

Explained all the modules properly and gives correct hints on what examiner is looking for.
Book is a must for beginners.

I got 8.5 and 8.5 in listening and reading, 7 and 8 in writing and speaking respectively.

There are lots of books for IELTS preparation available in the market.

This is one of the good companion along with other books. The initial page guidance for preparation is really useful.

I have just read the book for a night. I had no idea which book to purchase and had picked two books randomly. And I have to say that I am mighty impressed. This is very good book to start preparing for the IELTS exams with preparatory questions, explanations as to what you should expect in the exam and modal papers. Way to go guys.

I wish the model test papers were more difficult. Specially the listening and reading section are average. One can easily score a perfect 9 in these.On the contrary, the writing and speaking sections and were to the mark though. However, the initial section which deals with a quick study and enhancing different skills are helpful. Specially the key ideas are eye catching and grabbing them shall help anyone appearing for the exam in real. All in all, it's good for practicing though for band 7-...
