I ordered for"Bath & Body works "Cream Shower Sponge" and not some "Syntel" local brand sponge.Pls see your retailers should know that"Bath & Body works" is a brand and not just another name.I got a replacement sponge,but again a "Syntel" .Hence i want a refund and can't wait longer and this is least expected from flipkart retailers.You should think of black listing such retailers who use top brand names and send you local products which cost 1/4th the price on your own site.

This IS NOT Bath and Body Works loofah. Product description is incorrect. Wouldn't have paid as much for a normal loofah. But otherwise an ok product.
