a) Price - I got the this ironing board for 2300 in flipkart, when the same item was costing 3200 in shops.
b) Quality - Bathla boards are supreme in quality when I compared few others in the shop. The build quality is high and has a very nice finish
c) Ease of use - Even my grand mother was very easily open and use this one without much effort. Where as my earlier one ( some local company) was always very tough to handle.

Few points regarding this product:
1. Outer carton packing was very good and product was also packed nicely.
2. This product is strong and of good quality.
3. The top cloth and foam is of quality material.
4. Adjusting height works like a charm.
5. I like the wire manager as it resolved the issue of tangling wires I faced with my old iron board.
6. Only issue was top cloth is of different design and color.
