BATTLES HALF WON; INDIA'S IMPROBABLE DEMOCRACY
It is wonderful book. It gives an objective assessment of our democracy and those who are responsible for strengthening democracy, Most of the political scientists are less articulate in economic matters that deficiency is not visible in this book. I feel it is the best book full of empiricism unlike ideological opinion. I felt one deficiency that what is the future for our "half democracy" and how we can overcome our unimpressive economy and polity.
