Q:is this product oil based serum or chemical basd serum?? bcoz i used livon hair grow, a chemical based serum, whuch might be good for hair but it started weaking my eyesight day by day ..
A:This is an oil based serum from what I know. I have been using it for over a year now and I have no complaints.I believe there are chemicals in it,which you should raise with the manufacturers perhaps
