Very bad, watch stopped working after few days. pls don't buy this watch. Don't waste money

I had high hopes from the watch as had Texas instruments/Osram sensors.
But it was a bad decision to buy this watch.

See the image, the display stopped working within 20 days. The charge stays for only a day!
The built quality is not great!
The app is some chine app, without beat branding which worked with iPhone but could not connect to android.

I have filed complaint with beatxp today 142581

I hope they resolve the issue. I would so much prefer a refund.

No official app for this watch, don't buy it.

Worst product and their app is more worst than the watch

Pros: Fairly good product with nice features in the price range. ECG and other trackers like HR, BP, SPO2 works as expected. These might not be very accurate however it does the job.
Cons: Charging is slow and battery performance is average. App is not good and would need lots of rework to make it decent. Cannot connect to other health apps. Watch faces are limited and freezes during installation.

Beat xp its fraud . I purchased the watch and after 2 months its display showed multi colours and was not working. It was in warranty. They asked for invoice and photo . I have sen it . Now they are telling there own invoice is not correct . And denied complaint. Kindly dont buy this useless product. Its not accurate also.
