the 11th and 12th grades, She is well-versed in interdisciplinary approaches to social issues.
As a researcher, She is focused on understanding the dynamics of caste-based politics in
India and the evolving role of the Indian Constitution in shaping social equality. They have
presented their work at various forums, including academic conferences and workshops, and
are currently preparing a research paper on the topic of caste-based politics titled "Caste,
Constitution, and Contention: An Inquiry into India’s Political Landscape."
Outside of academia, Inniya PV is deeply involved in social initiatives and community
development, with a particular focus on education, social problems, and youth
empowerment. She is the founder of All for All, a social organization dedicated to fostering
unity, equality, and justice across various communities.
With a profound commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable society, she has
written this book as a critical examination of caste’s impact on Indian politics and social
structures. The aim is to shed light on the ongoing struggle for social justice and propose
solutions for a more united and progressive India.
Inniya is also an advocate for the power of education and empowerment, believing that only
through collective action and acceptance of diversity can India overcome its entrenched
social divisions.
