Nice product
The product is quite aesthetically pleasing, and the auto ignition and FFD features are excellent. The timer function is also a welcome addition. While I did observe an overheating issue with the metallic knobs, the team promptly addressed it by providing rubber-coated knobs after I contacted them via email. I was also pleased with their after-sales service. I would certainly recommend this product.
