This is Aarish Chhabra’s first book. Its focus is Chandigarh but it goes beyond the obsession with the city’s planning and architecture. Originally published by Unistar Publications (Mohali, 2017), the book dwells into an aspect that has hardly been explored before — how life is inside this city, and how people here view life that goes on outside. It is a collection of stories, social commentary and a lot of other things between the lines, all originally published in the author’s weekly column for the newspaper Hindustan Times, where he worked for eight years.
