Very Good
Don't read those negative reviews as the bcaa is good, in starting the flavour will disturb you but when you take more sips your taste buds will get used to it and seriously flavour is good as big muscles iconic one.
It's effectiveness on muscles is very low and if you don't wanna drink plain water then go for it.
And lastly it is also cost effective as they are giving 60 servings at this price although I doubt the serving size as the scoop is too big for sixty servings..
