If you are prepping for show and cutted out fruits from your diets but you have craving of having fruits you can have this protein and get to have fruits with protein. I haven't used other product (flavour) but I am writing this for this product only..
Cons:
1. Taste is not good..it's like medicine that I am taking or even bad..
2. Mixability is ok..not that good compare to raw whey protein.
3. It's not that important though but container looks very good but it's very narrow and difficult to take the scoop out of it..
