1. This is a Blaupunkt Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and can be redeemed only at https://blaupunktaudio.in/. 2. The person with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary. 3. The GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires. 4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay, and then it can be used partially at the holder's convenience. 5. GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash. 6. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance. 7. Blaupunkt shall on a best-effort basis attempt to accept GV/e-Pay, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of Blaupunkt, GV/e-Pay may not get accepted on the website and Blaupunkt shall have no liability for the same. 8. If a GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures, after GV/e-Pay is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours. 9. Blaupunkt/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay. 10. The Blaupunkt e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number. 11. The GV/e-Pay cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers on the website. 12. Blaupunkt GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific blockout dates as may be intimated/ updated by Blaupunkt on its website from time to time. Blaupunkt may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability. 13. Any dispute related to the GV/e-Pay should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction. 14. Blaupunkt reserves the right to withdraw the GV/e-Pay scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion. 15.
