Delivery was good... But i received the product in delay of extra 7 days.. May be some issue with delivery partner...but packaging was good... More over they are doing open box delivery and cross checking if everything is fine or not...In the box you will receive copper wire,, remote with battery, manual, Indoor and outdoor unit..No outdoor unit stand has been provid...

Review after 1 month of usage.
AC is 2021 latest model from Blue Star. Dual Inverter 5 * so its very energy efficient.
Very less noise. Cooling is decent. takes around 5 mins to bring down room temperature. We have one Hitachi 1.5 Ton Inverter in another room. I feel that has more cooling capacity than Blue Star.
