Standard installation of air-conditioners covers only: 1) Drilling of holes into a brick wall for taking out the pipes. 2) Fixing a hole sleeve & cap. 3) Fixing the indoor and outdoor unit. 4) Connecting indoor and outdoor units using the standard Kit provided by the manufacturer (at additional cost unless specified otherwise). 5) Wrapping the pipe with seasoning tape. Absolute rubbish!

Pathetic experience. They will deliver product with faulty parts, which you will get to know after 10 days and by then they won’t even replace the product (as per their policy) so I would urge don’t ever buy Bluestar product from Flipkart. Coz Flipkart will not going to support you not even an inch and Bluestar won’t be replacing the product. So ultimately it’s your money which will be blocked. I am the victim so plz learn from my experience and be aware with this fraud scam which is happenin...
