This water purifier from Blue Star puts your water through a 6-step purification process to ensure that the water you drink is completely pure and safe for consumption. Its super-fine sediment filter removes even the tiniest of compounds such as dust and sand from the water.
RO removes dissolved impurities, micro organisms, heavy metals, and radioactive matter from water, while the UV protection technology deactivates microorganisms such as bacteria, cysts, and viruses.
Water is put through a six-stage purification process, a pre-sediment filter, a pre-carbon filter, a RO membrane, a UV lamp, and post-carbon filter with Aqua Taste Booster (ATB), to ensure that the water you drink is completely pure and safe.
The ATB uses calcite media which enhances the taste of water. This water purification process also helps maintain the optimum pH levels of water, to enhance its quality and taste.

Excellent product, poor service
Again during service after 6 months, the service engineer didn't service properly and heavy water leakage started. After complaining about it, next day another engineer came and repaired it.

Blue Star rep answered all kind of queries.
Product came with Pre filter.
Fully filled the tank and emptied 2 times. After measuring TDS input of 1000 the output water TDS is between 90-100.
Will update more on long term usage details.
