I hvae never used any sort of capsule for my skin care but i tried this product since the reviews were pretty good and i am completely satisfied with the results after using this product. This product comes with 60 capsules and i consumed 2 capsules per day and after a week my skin complexion were brighten up. However it didn't reduced the pigmentation but works completely fine for skin illuminator. It may take a little while for results as it differs from person to person.
