This is so affordable and effective. You have to wear it properly.. or else you'll strain your shoulders.. Best way to wear it is to use someone's help.. ask someone to stand behind you and adjust the center to your back's center.. if you try to wear it by yourself then the product will slightly allign cross but you will not be able to notice it.. this is important.. but the product is fantastic and effective if you wear it properly! Everyday I wear it for 90 minutes.. 2 times.. with 4 hours ...
