Pretty solid pull up bar with excellent . Has been handling my weight of around 85 for almost 9 months now and if you consider the accelerating up action, the force should be equivalent of 90kg or more since you have to fight gravity. The suction strength is really good. Just make sure before you do a pull, tighten it in the direction as directed in the yellow sticker at the center.
