Prepare a marinade with 15g Brew Lab Extra Hot & Spicy marinde mix and 30ml water & marinate the chicken for 2 hours., Mix 100g of Brew Lab Crispy Fried chicken coating mix with 1 kg refined flour to prepare the breader. Mix 1 Part of this breader with 3 parts of water to prepare a batter., Coat the marinated chicken pieces in the dry breader. Dust off excess breader. Dip the coated pieces in the prepared batter. DIp again in the breader., Fry in hot oil until golden brown & pieces are done. Serve Hot with choices of dips.
