Beat with an electric beater for 2 minutes on medium speed so that no lumps are seen in the batter., Add 3 tbsp vegetable oil. Beat for 1 min at medium speed. Spread some vegetable oil or butter in baking pan and grease it well. Pour batter till 3/4 height of the pan., place the pan pre-heated oven and bake for 30-35 mins or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean., Remove the cake from oven and allow it cool it. Ganish it with Brew Lab icing sugar and enjoy the delicious cake
