Nanda – Founder of PQSI, is a graduate in mechanical engineering and holds an MBA (gold medallist) degree from IIM, Tiruchirapalli. Nanda is a master black belt in Lean Six Sigma from Indian Statistical Institute, Bengaluru. After a career of 12 years in marketing metrology equipments, Nanda started his own venture PQSI in 1999 and facilitated many cross functional teams to achieve quality and productivity improvement. In the last 23 years, he had facilitated more than 500 quality improvement projects for more than 150 organisations in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. Nanda partnered with PQ Systems, USA and advocated digital online SPC solutions and paperless calibration management more than 20 years ago. Nanda is unique in his ability to customize programs from CEOs, Plant Heads to all levels of hierarchy including union leaders. He conducts workshops in English, Hindi & Tamil and ensures that every stakeholder in the value chain is aware of the fundamentals of variation. He has travelled extensively to Japan and US to learn and adopt sustainable quality practices. “Monday morning quiz” (MMQ) is a bimonthly event launched by him since 2021 in his youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/PQSINANDA ).
