Ensure to untie it after the exercise., Avoid wrapping the band directly around sharp edges, wood, or chipped edges on the barbell or pull up bars., As a rule of thumb, never extend a band more than twice its resting length since over stretching can create tears and weaken the latex eventually causing it to snap.
