    Its a fitness Bible

    i have the e-book of this one. But would love to have a book version. it discuss in detail from the subconscious mind which guide or destract from the goal, to food, to the quality and quantity of food and how to tailor your own workout schedule. as you know different body behaves in a different way so there is no single way or formula.
