Though the overall product is good. But one major problem is you can't recline and lock the recline position.
Another issue with the brand is their unethical practices. They are asking to provide a screenshot of the review to claim warranty. That's the reason why this chair has so many positive reviews.

Though product is good but i haven't used as soon as it came i registered it but the website want to review screenshot to register it for warranty which is kind of forcing Customer for a review without using it

3. Sturdy in built ( I compared it to chairs sold in a nearby gurugram furniture market)
4. The height adjustment is flawless.
5. Economical price par with given quality.
Cons:
1. Head rest could be better as sometimes it does not hold the grip adjusted by you.
