it's advisable to take calcium at 30+ for females. So I was looking for a good option for calcium supplement and after research, I bought this. Search for Vegetarian Calcium Ended with this !!
Bought this after a lot of research as I was looking for a completely vegetarian product suitable for Jains and also one that was calcium citrate and not calcium carbonate. The added vitamins are definitely a plus. Seems to satisfy my calcium requirements , though cannot specify its effect on a long term use .

Q:my hand was broken 11-12 years ago. but it still pains too much. even after writing 5-6 pages it use to pain? n m 25 yrs old. can it be useful?
