I don't know if this CoQ10 is better than any other...but I can tell you that this CoQ10 DOES help me. Really helps my blood pressure and I feel so much better with less problems when I exercise. It might also lower my resting heart rate a bit. The price on this brand was very reasonable. I will be ordering again before my bottle runs out.
