"Good for eyes and in dealing with joint pain and concentrat
I bought this product to help my vision issues as I am a keratoconus patient. In keratoconus the cornea starts thinning and bulging out and the vision deteriorates to the extent of partial blindness. I had read the various benefits of fish oil capsules in helping with eye issues. Brilliant
Fish oil helps in reducing cholesterol and improving joint flexibility. And since I have started taking these, I can say I have noticed a difference. Ever since I started taking this fish oil I don't really feel the tiredness. I take two of these every day.
Some of the other things I incorporate are to walk in the sun for 20-30 min every morning. Have thrown out all the vegetable oils in my house.

Awesome
There is a marked difference in the tiredness, I experienced in the past when I work out at the gym. It was only recently that I bought these capsules for my elderly parents, who were both going through age-related aches and pains.
