I only take one about 1 hour before bedtime. Wow! One minute I'm watching tv and the next I'm lifting up my head from dozing off. Definitely effective. I get a really good nights sleep with this. Sometimes I feel a little drowsy in the morning, not always though. Otherwise, it is what I need sometimes when I feel like I need to relax more to get a good sleep.Thank you Carbamide Forte for this wonderful product!

It really works. Within 30-60 mins of taking the tablet, your body feels relaxed and ready to go to bed. However, it won't knock you out. If you force yourself to stay up, you still can.
A very good supplement for those struggling with sleep insomnia and other related disorders but one must be careful not to become dependent. I prefer to take it on nights I feel like I can't fall asleep at all. I don't take it every day.

Mind-blowing purchase
I have a hard time sleeping at night. Have always been a night owl. These are the best sleep aids I've tried so far. I take 1 Tablets of Mela Rest, about an hour before I want to fall asleep. I fall out with no trouble and don't wake up feeling groggy. But definitely a lot more than 6 hours for sleep.
