Excellent.. Product showing benefits in just 2 days of usage.. previously I used to take cynocobalamin from USA but it took a long time to show effect but this damn only took one-two days to show effect.. excellent purchase first time I used it and for sure will continue it in future also.. my main problem was tingling effect ( jhunjhunahat ) in fingers, palm, wrist area and sometimes in whole hand in cold temperature.
