Mind-blowing purchase

Warning))) I have stopped using this multivitamin because B12, one of the most important vitamin comes in the form of Cynocobalamin which breaks down into Cyanide. Very dangerous!!!
Use B12 in the form of methylocobalamine. A primary google search will be enough for anyone.

Worked for me

One of the best multivitamin available in the market. Can see amazing results within months, you can feel the difference on ur own. But it is very hard and powerfull need to workout hard to digest and eat heavy meal prior eating vitamins
