Product Description
PM 2.5 Filter
This filter eliminates PM 2.5 and any other micro-particles from the air inside your home to make it fresh and healthy.
Sleep Mode
For the first two hours, this function increases the temperature by 1 degree Celsius every hour. After that, it keeps the temperature steady for the following 5 hours and finally switches off the air conditioner. This ensures that you save energy even while you’re sleeping.
Follow Me
Once you activate this function, the remote control’s inbuilt room sensor gets enabled allowing the air conditioner to regulate the ambient temperature.
My Mode
This function helps you save your preferred settings, such as temperature and fan speed, and then activate them when required with the press of a button.
Auto Cleanser Function
When you activate this function, the indoor unit runs in cooling mode at a low fan speed. During this time, the condensed water carries the dust from the evaporator fins away. After that, this AC returns to the fan only mode blowing wet air. Thanks to this process, the indoor unit of this AC gets disinfected.

This AC (Ester Neo 2019) was delivered on time and installed on next day itself. Cost of Wall Bracket for ODU and Standard Installation Charges were to be borne separately.
There ain't any vertical sweep function in this particular model. Overall, within this Price Range, the AC is good, Cooling is quick and effective. Not much Noisy. However, the outdoor Unit is quite Larger as compared to the whirlpool AC that I already own.

AC is working perfectly, there is no problem with that.
The main problem is with the Carrier installation guys, they try to lure your money and cheat you saying you have to get copper tube and everything else extra eventhough they aren't really necessary. Please be very careful at the time of installation.

About installation I heard and read lots of negative things in Flipkart,
Installation guys came after 4 hrs of delivered AC,
They were professional and polite , before installation they told me all installation charges which is 1500+ gst, I didn't take extra accessories.
And they gave me proper receipt.
They did things whatever I said to them, about location n all.
And about AC , it's very good cooling.
this AC bit expensive than other ac , but it's worth it because carrier AC known for long...

Q:My unit takes 10 minutes to turn off. It enters fan mode automatically when turning off from remote then after 10 minutes it gets off. Otherwise I have to turn it off from mcb. Is it normal?
