No doubt it's a good product. I always have faith in the brand carrier as it the most valuable and trustworthy brand in terms of air conditioner.
Talking about pros:-
1. Instant cooling.
2. No Noise.
3. AI temperature control.
4. Auto modes to control temperature at different modes.
5. Turbo cool.
Cons:- Power consumption is more as compared to the level mentioned in the box.
Apart from that everything goes well with this AC.

Firstly my room is 430 sq ft hall. I should ideally go for 2 ac but due to budget constraints, I opted one 2 ton carrier ac. I would say the cooling is decent and keeping the fan on covers more than half of the room. Design is sleek which makes it ideal to sit in front room. I would have loved the double swing horizontal and vertical but never the less it's a decent buy. Installation is standard and done by carrier guys {additional pay for installation and stand}. I did an extensive market survey in my town for a 2 ton AC for my 220 sq ft living room. I could not find a suitable one. There were not many choices either. Nice product
Using it for my open living room. Does it's job efficiently. pretty quiet for a 2ton ac. outdoor unit is also relatively quiet. doesn't freeze my living room as it opens to the first floor but does reduce the temperature from 38 to 25 degrees. overall highly recommended and installation was done on time

Excellent performance in the living + dining space (approx 20x12 ft). Really satisfied with the installation and cooling.
Please note that this is not an inverter AC and therefore you'll need to buy a stabilizer as well.
Really happy with the Carrier-Midea team that came for installation. It was a challenging task to install the compressor unit but they did it without any issue. Best AC installation experience till date compared to Voltas, Kenstar and Whirlpool experiences in the past.

Simply awesome
excellent installation team. the guys came to my place 3 times to explain properly the location of required standard for outdoor unit. they guided the fabricators properly and were extremely helpful.
only time would tell the performance of the machinery but the installation staff of carrier is excellent.

Amazing AC, for 2021 if you are looking for non inverter model for your house. I have installed this for my living room and trust me it's worth the money. Best for top floor and room with air leakage .Delivery was swift and installation happened on same day. Only concern was with technician behavior he was too rude and uncooperative, didn't give proper demo also and I believe I was marginally over charged for installation. Highly recommended
Iam writing the review after 3 months. Excellent cooling, I didn't expected this much of cooling in 24 degree celcius. I feel It's better than inverter ACs. Only thing is little air noise but we can compromise it for the chillness. Very Cool for 200 sqft room size. Good to go.. 👍👍👍
