I should have given 5 star, if not for the bad installation which lead to AC replacement. Other it's a very good AC. Best part is the carrier customer support,very prompt response to installation and they did not charge me for reinstallation. Always ask for bill when the installation guy's charge you for extra parts.

product seems good but not Good built quality, lots of plastic, outdoor unit grill is also plastic which will break in outdoor condition.

Awesome delivery from flipkart and Mind blowing product at this price range from carrier. Installation was average like all others. A perfect cooling giant. I have installed it in my 176 sqft top flored bedroom. It makes chilled in just 15 mnt though the outside temp is 38 degree. Lets see how it perform when the temp will reach its highest.

Timely delivery, super fast Installation.
Cooling is amazing, I'm operating it at 24 degree C and even at this temperature it is giving a comfortable feeling.
Build quality could be more tough, outdoor unit is quite bulky.
I expected a 4 way cooling system but it only has 2 way, horizontal louver are manually operated.
Remote control is having some features which are not part of the unit, such as follow me feature.
