Purchased this 2 ton 5 star Carrier AC on May, 2021. This was installed in my drawing room and installation was quick and effective. Delivery was smooth. Now coming to the product:

Just wow!
Cooling is amazing, I'm operating it at 24 degree C and even at this temperature it is giving a comfortable feeling.
Build quality could be more tough, outdoor unit is quite bulky.
I expected a 4 way cooling system but it only has 2 way, horizontal louver are manually operated.
Remote control is having some features which are not part of the unit, such as follow me feature.
